Low melting point heat-bondable Polyester fiber

| By means of special bicomponent spinning
process,SELENLOM consists of two components,i.i.,polyester and low
melting point co-polyester.It features a structure of sheath core
and heat-bondable.With thermoplastic,self-adhesive properties and
low melting point,it will be softened and melted into a certain kind
of viscious fluid when heated to a certain temperature.After cooling
it will be turned into solid.Low melting point heat-bondable polyester
fiber is blended.with normal polyester nylon,wool and other fibers
to produce nonwoven fabric,woven or knitted into heat-bondable fabric.Due
to its point-to-point bonding structure after heat treatment,in is
characterized by soft hand feel,high tenacit, water fastness,stiffness,easy
care and free of pollution. |

| Application |
LOM 110S sheath core staple fiber,with
melting point of 110¡æ for sheath,250¡æ for core,is mainly applied in
stuffing materials,spray-bonded cotton,gygenical materials,pad,bed
cushion and car upholstery nonwoven.
LOM 110F and low 160F are heat-bondable polyester filament with melting
point of 110¡æ and 160¡æ respectively. They are mostly used in heat
binder of pants,heat-bondable lining cloth,air conditioner scree and
high class printing screen. |
