1.The comprehensive design idea of finishing
oil
¡¡¡¡For melt spandex, especially the spandex produced through adding
imino ester cross-linking agent that can react into PU melt, due to
different TPU and spinning method and condition, its requirements
on finishing oil will be quite different from others, that specially
affects the unwinding and package building of the fiber. Unwinding
capacity become stronger and the frictional coefficient of the fiber
become smaller, these are non-benefit to package building, so using
finishing oil should consider the characteristics of TPU melt and
cross-linking agent added.
