Spinning pump of each position,
each drawing roller and feeding roller are driven individually by
synchronous motor, with the speed adjusted by inverter.The electric
parts of this spinning line are controlled by the PLC programmer of
each unit. Each inverter connects together with the computer. Thanks
to its reasonable design, the spinning line features advantages of
excellent structure,stable running, convenient operation and maintenance.
SFB Bicomponent fiber spinning line features indirect mode equipment.
After being melted and extruded by the extruder and filtered, the
chips from the dryer, passing through melt distribution pipe, are
fed directly to the spinning machine for measuring, spinning and cooling,
applied with spin finish to draw off machine and formed into tow.
With the help of drawing roller, the tow is led to feed rollers and
deposited in good order at a definite speed into the traverse can,
and then leaves the spinning line automatically. |
