●Application: |
| This range is used for
the drawing, setting, crimpling, cutting and packingof polyester
staple so as to turn the as-spun fiber into practical fiber with
certain strength and stretch. The processes adopted in the range
include
high speed drawing through one water and one steam in sequences,
crimpling at high temperature, rotating wheel cutting, auto-weighing,
dual and lifting box hydraulic baling press. It has advantages as
follows: large production,short line, compact construction, high
automation, Iow consumption of steam and oil, advanced process, etc. |
