| SP100 is one kind of new bicomponent
spiral yarn with two kinds of block copolyester with sifferent heat
shrinkage by means of bicomponent yarn spinning.It features bicomponent
low stretch yarn.After treatment it is endowed with spring like structure
which makes its fabric good elasticity and elastic recovery. Its bulkiness
results in comfortability and drapability of product fabric. |

| Recommended application method |
1.Twisting:
800T/m-1500T/m,steam setting
65℃×40-50min(till completely steamed)
2.Weaving:
Structure of fabric shall ensure enough shrinkage while shrinkage
of warp yarn shall be 30-35%
3.Scouring and shrinking:
Scouring:90℃×50m/min
Shrinking:120℃×20min
Agent:NaOH 3g/l,detergent 1g/l
As shrinkage varies sharply at temperature range of
80-90
degree celsius,temperature rise shall be controlled at the rate of
1 degree celsius/min.
4.Presetting:
temperature 180 degree celsiue.
Speed 50m/min
Width of presetting:width after scouring and shrinking +2.5cm
Adjust overfeed ratio and presetting shall be performed free
of tension
5.Alkali treatment:
NaOH%:6-7%
temp.:100 degree Celsius,20-30 min
weight loss percentage 12-15%
6.Dyeing:130 degree celsius×30min
7.Final setting:
Temp.170-175 degree celsius×50m/min
overfeed:15-20%
antistatic agent content:2-3 g/l
softening agent:2-3 g/l |
